Muscle Building Questions - Changing Workouts
and Training Routines
Question: Monday:Day 1: Back, biceps, abs Wednesday:Quads, hamstrings,
calves , forearm Friday:Chest, shoulders, triceps Saturday:off Sunday:off am a
beginner and using this program please advise me is it ok, and when should I change
this program or I couldn't
Answer: Your training routine looks very solid. The only minor change
I recommend is switching your forearms workout to your back/biceps training day
on Monday Its really good to train forearms after biceps because of the overload
you get when working your arms. Switching this will also allow you to focus more
intensely on your leg workout. Give it a shot and see If it helps out.
