How many reps do I have to do to build muscle and how long will it take me to get results When I'm using creatine?

fitness-advice Answer:
To build muscle mass, stick with 6-8 reps (after warming up). This will provide maximum tension and overload on your muscles to breakdown tissues and rebuild them. In terms of creatine, it should take an average of 2-3 weeks before you see a difference in mass/strength, although everyone is different.
