  • Face Up Place Raises
  • Seated Towel Raises
  • Standing Towel Raises
  • Head Forward Backward
  • Head Circular Motions
  • Head Side To Side
  • Head Shoulder Tilt

Also, make sure to really clean up your diet in order to lose some excess fat. By dropping fat, you will lose adipose tissue from all over your body, including your face and tighten up a double chin.
