Muscle Building Questions - Late Night Work Shifts and Working Out

fitness-advice Question:
I've been recently transferred to the 11-7 (3rd)shift. Is it better for me to hit the gym after work (7am) or wait til I wake up (3-4pm)?

fitness-advice Answer:
I recommend working out after you wake up (3-4pm). This way, you will have rested and should have more energy during your workout.
