A Lean & Sexy Back
Question: I've always loved a sexy back. But..I don't like the muscle
toned back, I am looking more to how to lose back fat? I just want a slim, back
without the fat and the exaggerated muscle. Any advice?
Answer: A great way to lose back fat and get a really lean and slim back
is to incorporate rowing into your cardio plan. Use a rowing machine for about
20-30 minutes 3-4 days per week for your cardio work and really focus on getting
a good stretch on each repetition. Along with shaping your back, its also a great
workout for your legs!
