Question: I am 16 almost 17 and looking to gain serious weight mass, and
I feel I am not getting enough protein. I went to gnc to look at their items,
and there is so much I didn't know which one to pick. I tried the 100% whey protein
20 grams (2 servings per day), now I am trying the mega way protein 40 grams (2
servings per day). I do not want creatine because I heard it has bad side effect
and drains water or something like that. I was wondering about gac or jac from
gnc I heard it is the best product out there for helping you gain muscles mass.
Answer: You should only use products which have research behind them and
have proven to give results. One of these products is creatine. If you have not
tried it yet, give it a shot and see if it helps you gain mass. I recommend using
two products immediately post workout. Add 2 scoops of Optimum Nutrition 100%
whey protein with 1 scoop of Optimum Nutrition Pre-Load Creatine Complex with
2 cups of skim milk and shake it up in a shaker bottle. Right after you get done
lifting weights, drink this and you should see results within a few weeks. These
are the only supplements I currently take and it seems to work very well for me.
