Muscle Building Questions - Muscle Mass and Body Fat Analysis

fitness-advice Question:
I have my fair share of FAT I also have a fair share of MUSCLE. I do resistance workout and can do a 300 pound bench chest press. Also I do seventy reps [chest press] with tempo of 2-1-2. At a weight of 152 # age 63, I need to know what my fat/muscle really is?

I recommend either looking in your yellow pages under heath/fitness or contacting your local gym (Golds, 24 hour fitness, Curves, etc) and see If they have any companies they can recommend for these different types of body fat testing methods.
