Muscle Building Questions - One Arm Bigger Than Other

fitness-advice Question:
I work on my biceps 3 times a week and my left arm seems to be developing more than my right arm. Is this normal?

fitness-advice Answer:
It's fairly common to have one limb which responds better to resistance training. Many people have an arm or leg which is a little bigger/stronger than the other. You might try using single limb movements in your training and work the weaker muscle more intensely to see if that helps. The best training machines for one-limb movements are the Hammer Strength machines. They allow you to really focus on the weaker limb and get it back up to par with the stronger one.
