Range For Building Muscle Mass
Question: I heard from another bodybuilder that 12 reps would be good
to do for building muscle. Is this right?
Answer: The lower the reps, the more weight you can use which is one of
the key factors in building muscle. You want to focus on overloading your muscles
and breaking down the tissues. Reps of 6-8 with heavier weight will be much better
for gaining mass versus 12 reps with lighter weight.
