Muscle Building Questions - Spacing Meals
For Gaining Muscle Mass
Question: I work from 12AM to 8AM. I workout at 10:00 PM before work.
I usually sleep from 9AM to 4-5 PM. I was wondering what's the best way, being
on this schedule, for me to space out my meals for getting lean and adding some
mass? I haven't started My new workout yet, but I plan on using Xenadrine and
a protein supplement with amino acids.
Answer: I recommend spacing your meals out every 3 hours during your waking
hours. Make sure to include a lean protein with each meal also.
