When Muscles Get Sore
Question: While training for muscle mass should I stop when my muscles
get sore?
Answer: When training a specific muscle group, your muscles should only
get sore a day or two after your actual workout. You should keep your workouts
to under 45 minutes and if you feel sore during the session, make sure to add
a little extra rest between sets.
