Muscle Building Questions - Training at
14 Years Old
Question: Should I be using dumbbells at the age of 14? If not would you
be able to recommend some body weight workout regimes for me.
Answer: At 14 years of age, I would recommend using primarily elastic
exercise bands and body weight movements (pushups, pullups, etc.) for your training
routine. Make sure you have supervision by an adult to insure you are safely performing
the movements correctly.
