Muscle Building Questions - Weight Lifting Training Routine Schedule

fitness-advice Question:
I am able to lift weights three days a week - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I have about 1 hour each day for warm up and lifting. I take yoga classes three days a week (Two days are after weights). My question: what is the best lifting plan to work out all muscle groups - and get the 24-48 hour rest time for muscles? Is it better to work each muscle only one time per week, and get the rest in between. Or, to work each muscle more but not get the rest in between? My goal is to develop more muscle tone (especially in the "bra fat" area). Thanks for your help.

fitness-advice Answer:
Always make sure to get at least 48 hours rest in between workouts for each muscle group. Its a good plan to work each muscle group once per week.
