Training Make Me Bulky?
Question: Hi just need to know if weight training will make me bulky?
if not then should it be done before or after the aerobics to get a lean body?
and when should I expect results?
Answer: Weight training will not make you bulky. You should always perform
weight training before any cardio work since you want to use carbs to fuel you
through your resistance session and then tap into your fat reserves once you start
into your cardio routine. For weight training, stick with a repetition
range of 12-15 reps to really tone and tighten your physique. You should focus
on training at least 3 days per week and give your body about 4-6 weeks to start
noticing results.
