Muscle Building Questions - Working Out Before Sleeping

fitness-advice Question:
is it bad to exercise an hour or two before sleeping? If I way 208 pounds how many calories should I be eating for fat loss?

fitness-advice Answer:
No, its not bad but it may keep you up longer since you will be energized from your workout. Others sleep well, since they are more spent. It really depends on how you feel. For fat loss, eat 500 calories under your BMR.
