Muscle Building Questions - Working Out
and Meal Replacement Powders
Question: I'm about to start a weight training plan. My plan includes
3 days of resistance training and 3 days of cardio out of the week. My question
is, do you recommend me to take meal replacements. The meal replacement I'd would
take have 15g of protein each serving? what do you guys recommend on that? And
what snack between meals do you guys recommend me to eat?? SORRY, that's two question.
LOL. Well, hope to hear from you guys soon.
Answer: I would recommend using anyone of these MRP's (meal replacement
powders): 1. Met-RX 2. MyoPlex 3. Labrada Lean Bodies
Each one of these includes about 35-40 grams of protein per packet, which
is great. Make sure to only use these as replacements and focus on real food as
your primary source of nutrition.
