calories a day and doing aerobics and weight training for two hours

veggies or fruits. I know that's not good for me, but I cant stand
fruits and veggies at all! What should I eat?
A. I would recommend a general "clean" diet to
adhere to. I would focus on lean protein sources (chicken breast,
turkey breast, egg whites) and nonwhite starchy carbs such as brown
rice, whole wheat pasta and boiled red potatoes. If you can eat
