Fat Burning Tips:
Eat smart during the holidays!
The holiday season creates an additional challenge to maintaining
healthy eating habits. Here are a few tips to help you stay on track this
year:
- " Don't tell yourself that it's the holiday season and the weight
gain is inevitable. A few splurges here and there are okay, but don't
make it a daily habit. Stay focused on your goals and remember what
is important to you!
- " If you must do the traditional holiday baking, don't keep the
baked goods in your house! They are just there tempting you. Eat one
cookie or one piece of fudge, then wrap the rest up and deliver it to
your friends and neighbors.
- " Always ask yourself, "Is it really worth it?" Is
that cookie really that good, or are you just eating it because it's
there? If you are going to splurge, make sure it's worth it!

Workout Routines To Build Muscle During The Holidays
The holidays are here, and more and more I am hearing, "I'm just
too busy and don't have time to work out." I don't buy that for a
second! When I am busy and have added stress, my workout is the LAST thing
I will let go. If you have time to sit down and watch a 30 minute TV show,
you have time to exercise. You may not be able to get your full workout
in, but don't forget that even 20 minutes is better than nothing! Here
are a couple of quick, easy workouts you can do at home to stay on track
through the holidays. You will need dumbbells, a bench or sturdy chair
and a jump rope.
