was born and raised in Edmonton Alberta until I was 7 years old,
we then moved out to White Rock B.C. where I have continuously lived
since. I have always been a competitive child. I began by swimming
on a swim team at the age of 8 years old, I continued this for numerous
years. I then started playing softball, I played softball though
out my childhood / pre-teens. I got my first gym membership at the
age of 15 years old, I was hooked ! I slowly became more and more
serious about weight training. Once I graduated from high school
I decided I wanted to work in the fitness industry. I got a job
in a gym working at the front desk as I went to school to become
a personal trainer. I am now a full time personal trainer as well
