Q. I have been working out with hand weights. I have two body parts that I can not get rid of the jiggle in them. This is my calves and triceps. How long does it take to shape them up and get rid of the jiggle?

A. To really get rid of the "jiggle", you need to reduce your body fat levels. This is done by really tightening up your diet and focusing more effort toward your cardio plan to burn those calories.
