To Boost Your Metabolism
It
is believed that certain foods and spices can help you boost your
metabolism which in turn makes you into a fat burning machine. Of
course exercise and proper diet is encouraged but if you can throw
a little punch into your efficiency to burn fat then why not utilize
some of nature's edibles and enhance your work toward those fat
burning goals. Of course many of these such as celery or grapefruit
have not been scientifically proven to increase metabolism yet are
still believed to help by natural practice.

Hamstrings
can be difficult to target, especially if your gym doesn't have
a lot of equipment for legs. The tough part is that calves and hamstrings
are probably the two most difficult areas of the body to fill out,
unless you're one of those people genetically blessed in those areas.
By sticking with the basics, you can almost guarantee growth by
doing stiff leg deadlifts. This is a great movement to incorporate
into your training to develop your overall leg development!

Do I Lose That Last 5 Pounds?

I have been trying to lose 5 pounds for about a while now. I know
I need to cut down and exercise, which I do but can't seem to lose
it. I know I must be doing something wrong. I have been trying to
stay at right around 1200 calories, although I go over some times.
Could you perhaps, give a sample menu for at least 2 days of what
I should be doing?
A. To lose that extra 5 pounds, it really just comes down
to really fine tuning your diet and eliminating all the excess and
empty calories from your daily intake. The best way to do this is
