One of the great things about Thai food is that it is delicious and also very healthy for you. So, if your goal is to lose weight then this Thai meal is perfect for you. Today, we will be making one of my favorite Thai soups called Tom Yum Gai. All of the ingredients are going to be put into a wok and then we are going to make a soup out of it.
