Pilates Exercise Instructions:
On hands and knees, keep chest lifted away from mat (like pushing
the floor away) inhale to prepare,exhale draw stomach muscles into
round back bringing crown of head toward belly button, keep length
in neck by pulling shoulder blades down the back away from ears,
reverse spine to arch so that the mid back is lower than the tailbone,
don't sink into shoulders, chest must stay lifted away from mat
at all times. Repeat 6x.
