Pilates Exercise Guides & Photos - Double Leg Extension
1. While lying on a mat, place your legs in the tabletop position (hips and knees at 90 degrees). Your arms should be at 90 degrees to your body. During the exercise, make sure to maintain your lower back in the neutral spine position.
2. Inhale as you straighten your legs to 45 degrees. Extend your arms over head and maintain a neutral spine throughout the entire exercise. Exhale as your bring your arms and legs back to the starting position and repeat 8-10 times.
