Pilates Exercise Photos & Instructions - Leg Circles
With Arms Up


Pilates Exercise Instructions:
Lie on back, neutral spine and engage pelvic floor. Lift right
leg straight up without losing neutral (hip bones should be level
with each other). Hold arms up toward ceiling, circle leg in air
in a small circle, pause after each circle. Circle for 6x repeat
in other direction 6x. Lift left leg for cirlces 6x each way. Do
not let pelvis move while leg is moving. Leg on floor is the working
leg, it must "anchor" the other leg. inhale first half
of each leg circle, exhale second half of each leg circle.
