Pilates Exercises - Pushups Quadruped Contralateral

PUSHUP VARIATIONS - QUADRUPED CONTRALATERAL

To start

  1. Place weight on the hands and the knees with the spine in neutral.
  2. Maintaining the weight equally between hands and knees, extend one arm forward with keeping the spine stable. Repeat to the other side. Repeat two more sets.
  3. Extend one leg back with a neutral spine. . Repeat to the other side. Repeat two more sets.
  4. Extend the right leg and the left arm forward with a neutral spine. Repeat on the other side with the left leg extended backwards and the right arm forward.
  5. Repeat two more sets.
