PUSHUP VARIATIONS - QUADRUPED CONTRALATERAL

To start
- Place weight on the hands and the knees with the spine in neutral.
- Maintaining the weight equally between hands and knees, extend
one arm forward with keeping the spine stable. Repeat to the other
side. Repeat two more sets.
- Extend one leg back with a neutral spine. . Repeat to the other
side. Repeat two more sets.
- Extend the right leg and the left arm forward with a neutral
spine. Repeat on the other side with the left leg extended backwards
and the right arm forward.
- Repeat two more sets.
