To Pushup

To start
- Place weight on the hands and the knees with the spine in neutral.
- Extend the right leg backwards. Place the right metatarsal
on the floor.
- Extend the left leg backwards to come to a pushup position.
- How long can you hold the position? Is the abdominals hollowing
into the spine?
- Repeat three more times.
