They are portable, easy-to-use and are great for the hips, thighs, buttocks, arms, chest, back & abs. Exercise bands are deal for the home, the office or while traveling. Circuit Training Workout Routine

Your goal is to do 3 full rotations of this circuit training routine below. Do 10 reps of each exercise and immediately move from one exercise to the other. After you have completed the full rotation (10 exercises), rest for 3-5 minutes and start again. Try to push yourself and break a good sweat. However if you feel very tired or short of breath, make sure to rest before continuing.
