Cynthia is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian, interested and experienced in working with people of all ages. Many of her clients have been able to reach their goals sooner than they expected.

Wellness involves working together with each other as partners in health; helping each other reach our highest physical, emotional, spiritual and mental goals.

Attended John A Logan College in Carterville, Illinois and Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois where she graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Food and Nutrition (dietetics) and a MS in Food and Nutrition (community nutrition focus).
