of nutrition services for a diverse community population. Her vision
for high quality education and counseling is being met favorably
by an ever-expanding clientele and has received commendations of
excellence in survey results. Her well-rounded career includes serving
as Director of Clinical Nutrition at local area health care facilities,
to past owner of a successful catering company that specialized
in healthy ethnic and regional cuisines. She also worked for major
NY television and radio networks in journalism, entertainment, consumer
sciences and public relations.
