Shoulder Exercises - Incline Two Arm Front Deltoid Dumbbell
Exercise Advice: Lie with your back on an incline
bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Rest the dumbbells on your thighs
with your thumbs pointing in toward one another. Simultaneously
raise the dumbbells up to where your arms are at a 45 degree angle.
Return to the start position and repeat. Be sure to keep both arms
fully extended throughout the entire exercise.
