Six Pack Abs Questions - Removing Lower

Question: I have managed to lose over 18 kg in past 8 months. What I would
like to improve is lower abs. I have some fat on it, and I would like to tone
it. Proposed exercises are OK, but I do not have clue about how many exercises
need to work per session.
Answer: In terms of a great AB workout, here are the best exercises I
recommend to really work your lower abs:
This is one of the best exercises to tone the
lower abs with the use of a medicine ball. It's a tough one, so don't get discouraged
if you can only do a few When you're just starting out: I recommend picking 3 exercises and doing 6
total sets (2 sets for each exercises) with a total of 25 repetitions per set.
Rest for 2-3 minutes in between sets and you should get a great AB workout.
