Six Pack Abs Questions - Tightening Abs Without Losing Weight

fitness-advice Question:
I want to get fit and tighten my abs. My problem is I tend to lose weight when I work out. I DON'T want to lose weight. I simply want to tighten areas such as my abs, butt and arms, and get some good cardio in too. I love my weight since I'm tall it looks good on me. How do I achieve this without losing weight?

fitness-advice Answer:
The key is losing body fat, not weight. By losing body fat, you will lose the fat tissue around your stomach and be able to see your abdominal muscles. You want to focus on eating the right foods and in the right combinations in order to correctly fuel your body and maintain your lean muscle mass which dropping fat.
