Question: I want to get fit and tighten my abs. My problem is I tend to
lose weight when I work out. I DON'T want to lose weight. I simply want to tighten
areas such as my abs, butt and arms, and get some good cardio in too. I love my
weight since I'm tall it looks good on me. How do I achieve this without losing
weight?
