Stretching Exercises - Palms Up Forearm Stretch
Palms Up Forearm Stretch


Exercise Advice: Stand with your feet about
shoulder width apart and hold your hands about 3 inches out in front
of your midsection. Simply press on of your hands against the other
so as to bend the fingers and palm backward to really stretch the
underside of the forearm. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions
and repeat on the opposite forearm.
