Stretching Exercises - Standing Calf Stretch
Standing Calf Stretch


Exercise Advice: Place your hands up against
a wall and stand with your legs staggered, in a lunge-like position.
Keep the heel of the leg that is extended furthest flat on the floor.
Press your weight back so as to really stretch that calf. Hold for
a 3 to 4 second count and repeat on the opposite calf.
