Stretching Exercises - Standing Cat Stretch
Exercise Advice: This is the same as the kneeling
cat stretch, except that you will be standing with your feet just
beyond shoulder width apart and your hands will be placed on your
knees. Slowly arch your back up to the ceiling as high as you possibly
can go. Hold in that position for a 3 to 4 second count, return
to the start position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
