Stretching Exercises - Standing Torso Reach


Exercise Advice: Stand with your feet shoulder
width and your toes pointing straight ahead. Place one hand on your
hip for support and reach your other arm up and over your head,
bending your torso to the right. You should feel a small amount
of tension up through your right side of torso. Hold for 15-20 seconds.
Repeat on other side.
