Exercise Advice: Sit on a mat on the floor with your legs spread and extended straight out. Slowly lower your torso down so as to try and touch your nose to the floor in front of you. You can also alternate legs and attempt to touch your nose to each knee. Hold for a 10 second count and repeat.
