When did you become unhappy with your weight: When I saw pictures of myself from New Year's 2004.

What made you decide to lose weight: I was sick of looking and feeling fat and also being tired all the time.

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight: Changed my eating habits and made exercise part of my daily routine.

What was most challenging about losing weight: Learning the right way to eat.

How long did it take you to start to see results: 2 months

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight: 14 months

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it: About 6 months

How has your life changed now that you've lost weight: I have so many more opportunities now. I had borderline high blood pressure, and now I have excellent blood pressure. I have changed my career. I am now a Sports Medicine Masters student, graduating in May, ready to help others obtain their health goals! I feel better about myself everyday I wake up.
