In 2000, I became depressed and and felt tired all the time. I weighted 294 pounds and I am 5'7" tall.

Depression medication helped me lose 10 pounds so I started walking and lost some more and started felling better

I eat healthy, drink water, exercise regularly. Cut out the sugar and fat(junk food)
