Antony's Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I became unhappy mostly just by looking at my stomach and my
chest in the mirror. My family also kept telling me to lose weight
because every 3 months I would notice myself getting bigger.

What made you decide to lose weight?
When my older brother made me start jogging. I also thought about
what other people would think when I lost all the weight.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I had to quit eating fast food and drinking soda and juice. I
also had to jog 1-3 miles 3-5 times a week and lift weights 3-5
times a week.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Really the only challenge was jogging when it was really cold
outside.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
1 month.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
4 months.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do
it?
1 year. I just made sure to exercise daily. I love to lift weights!
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
People look at me way different now. Girls like to see me flex
and touch my arms.
