I became unhappy mostly just by looking at my stomach and my chest in the mirror. My family also kept telling me to lose weight because every 3 months I would notice myself getting bigger.

When my older brother made me start jogging. I also thought about what other people would think when I lost all the weight.

I had to quit eating fast food and drinking soda and juice. I also had to jog 1-3 miles 3-5 times a week and lift weights 3-5 times a week.

Really the only challenge was jogging when it was really cold outside.

1 month.

4 months.

1 year. I just made sure to exercise daily. I love to lift weights!
