Brandon's Weight Loss!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
When I was younger, in about 5th grade I packed on a few pounds.
I weighed about 140 and ended up being the fattest kid in my class.
I stayed chubby until I was in 11th grade.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I was in high school, being chubby didn't always work with the
ladies and I wasn't very good looking. So, one day I just quit
drinking pop altogether and that helped me some. Then I just went
from there.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I changed everything! The way I ate, I started lifting weights
everyday, and drinking only water.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
It wasn't that hard actually. You get past the first few weeks
and you're fine. Most people just cant handle those 2-3 weeks
getting use to it.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
1-2 weeks. I worked out really hardcore.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
About 2 months to lose a complete 30 pounds.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do
it?
I have maintained it about a year and a half now. I have been
working out and I've gained about 10 pounds of lean muscle from
it. So, I'm getting pretty big!
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
My whole life has changed! My confidence for sure. I don't get
embarrassed anymore. I am great looking. I cant get the girls
off of me. I tan, I grew my hair out. I look like a surfer boy
at the beach haha. My body is getting toned. I'm still working
hard on it. Its not perfect like those models in magazines...But
perfect bodies do not come over night people. If you want any
advice, its to follow all the workouts
on this website! Workout everyday but do not work the same muscles
twice in a row. Give them time to rest. Eat decently. Have confidence.
It is hard work but it is worth it. Makes you feel 10 times better.

Weight loss tip #1:
Drink ONLY water, cut down eating.
Weight loss tip #2:
Lift light weights to tone up good.
Weight loss tip #3:
Lift heavy weights to bulk up more.
Weight loss tip #4:
Do cardio everyday.
Weight loss tip #5:
Just have fun, get use to it then it just becomes an everyday
thing. Its actually something I do for fun now.

Brandon's Weight Loss Eating Plan!
Breakfast:
Egg white omelet, dry whole wheat toast, water.
Lunch:
Turkey breast sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, tomato, mustard
(hold the cheese and mayo!), apple and water.
Dinner:
8 ounces of salmon (baked), 1 small yam, steamed broccoli, water.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Protein bars, protein shakes, frozen fruit.

Weight Training:
Lift weights - chest, arms, shoulders, legs, back. Hit the whole
body!
Cardiovascular:
Jog, ride bicycle, jump rope.
