When did you become unhappy with your weight?
This was my third pregnancy. So, I anticipated the weight loss
regime, what I didn't expect was how much harder it was going
to be! Everyone told me oh, the third, u will never get back in
shape, it will take longer. Even my doctor! I was starting to
get scared they were right. I started to try to lose weight about
a month after Dylan was born.
What made you decide to lose weight?
My commitment to myself. I have always wanted to be a good role
model for my children and in order to teach you must first demonstrate!
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
My first change was meal portions. Cut down what I was eating
and have frequent smaller meals. The second was committing to
working out 3 days a week!
What was most challenging about losing weight?
I tried the a few new diets on the market, SB...but I put the
weight back on after I finished the diet almost immediately. So,
I hired a personal trainer to help me with the ups and downs and
to help me stay focused. Consistency is still the most difficult
part of the process
How long did it take you to start to see results?
6 weeks for a noticeable improvement, I felt hopeful for the
first time after all the negative comments, I knew this could

I am maintaining and I'm beginning a new program to lose the
last 10 pounds
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I decided to take a personal training course and take control
of my life! I have great clients and positive friends, the truth
is I love what I have become and I will never stop trying to help

1 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup of blueberries snack at 10:00 apple
6 oz ground extra lean turkey breast, with onions, pepper and
low fat feta cheese, with 1/2 cup of rice, 2 cups of salad
Protein shake, orange roughy, 2 cups broccoli
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Egg whites, mushrooms

M/W/F - interval training, with supersets cardio build in for
1 hour to maximize my time I will break down for u if selected
as not enough room!
M/W/F - lunges, 3 dips, river dance, squat, run stairs, push
ups, burpies, tuck jumps
