weight loss success stories When did you become unhappy with your weight?

This was my third pregnancy. So, I anticipated the weight loss regime, what I didn't expect was how much harder it was going to be! Everyone told me oh, the third, u will never get back in shape, it will take longer. Even my doctor! I was starting to get scared they were right. I started to try to lose weight about a month after Dylan was born.

My commitment to myself. I have always wanted to be a good role model for my children and in order to teach you must first demonstrate!

weight loss success stories What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?

My first change was meal portions. Cut down what I was eating and have frequent smaller meals. The second was committing to working out 3 days a week!

weight loss success stories What was most challenging about losing weight?

I tried the a few new diets on the market, SB...but I put the weight back on after I finished the diet almost immediately. So, I hired a personal trainer to help me with the ups and downs and to help me stay focused. Consistency is still the most difficult part of the process

6 weeks for a noticeable improvement, I felt hopeful for the first time after all the negative comments, I knew this could work!

5 months

I am maintaining and I'm beginning a new program to lose the last 10 pounds

I decided to take a personal training course and take control of my life! I have great clients and positive friends, the truth is I love what I have become and I will never stop trying to help others.
