I felt miserable after reaching 162lbs, and realized that I needed to make a change in my life.

When I reached 162lbs and was about to go from a size 12 to a 14.

I changed my diet and hired a personal trainer.

It was very hard to remain patient through the process. I wanted the weight to drop off immediately.

I began seeing results around 4-6 weeks.

Around a year and a half.
