When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I felt miserable after reaching 162lbs, and realized that I needed
to make a change in my life.
What made you decide to lose weight?
When I reached 162lbs and was about to go from a size 12 to a
14.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I changed my diet and hired a personal trainer.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
It was very hard to remain patient through the process. I wanted
the weight to drop off immediately.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
I began seeing results around 4-6 weeks.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
Around a year and a half.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do
it?
I have maintained my weight for 5 years. I am a personal trainer,
which means I am a walking billboard for my business. That helps
me to stay focused.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I am much happier with my life, and now try to help those in
need of motivation to reach their weight loss goals.

Drink at least 1 gallon of water per day.
Weight loss tip #2:
Cardio Cardio Cardio!!!!
Weight loss tip #3:
Keep a "food journal" documenting EVERYTHING you eat
throughout the day. This will help you locate your weak points.
Weight loss tip #4:
Get a workout partner or Personal Trainer. Everyone needs some
motivation! :)

Surround yourself with positive people!

Breakfast:
Oatmeal & egg whites.
Lunch:
Chicken, asparagus & brown rice.
Dinner:
Tuna/Orange Roughy & asparagus.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Low fat low carb Protein Shake.

Weight Training:
I workout each muscle group once a week.
Cardiovascular:
50 minutes per day.
