I was fat and I decided I needed a change.

Soda pop, fast food , enriched white food and portion sizes.

Being hungry all the time.

5 oz lean meat or fish, 1/2 cup brown rice, green beans, green leafy salad.

Circuit training 4 days a week (chest, arms, back and several leg exercises).

4 days/week - 30 minute on the elliptical trainer. I also start on a bike and treadmill before moving to the elliptical.
