When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I became unhappy with my weight when I realized it makes you
feel not only physically unhappy, but mentally unhappy!
What made you decide to lose weight?
Because of the above reason and I wanted to get into modeling
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
The most important changes were eating right (healthy) and maintaining
a steady exercise routine
What was most challenging about losing weight?
The most challenging part was giving up a lot of the foods I
enjoyed, but that were extremely bad for my health.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
It took about 2-3 weeks since I was really determined to lose
the weight and get back into shape.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
It took me about 2 months (maybe 2 1/2) to reach an ideal weight
and start feeling better
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do
it?
I have maintained my weight and even toned my body more for about
2 1/2 years now by running a mile everyday (which I had previously
always done until the weight gain), eating properly, maintaining
a strict exercise program, etc.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
My life has changed because now I feel good about myself. My
whole mentality on life has changed for the better! I feel healthy,
awake and alive and happy to wear all those clothes I had to bury
in the back of the closet!
How did ShapeFit help you reach your weight loss goals?
Shapefit helped me reach my weight loss goals by reminding me
of how good I felt and looked when I was the appropriate weight
for my age and height.

Weight loss tip #1:
Eat healthy and maintain a strict diet
Weight loss tip #2:
Keep up a consistent exercise program
Weight loss tip #3:
Start something new like dance classes, kickboxing, anything
that will keep your mind off the weight and change up your old
routines
Weight loss tip #4:
Crunches sit-ups crunches! These are imperative!
Weight loss tip #5:
Run a mile whether it's in your home in front of the tv or around
your neighborhood. Take the dog with you! Or headphones with your
fav music! Make it fun!

Erin's Weight Loss Eating Plan!
Breakfast:
Toast with sugar-free jelly scrambled egg whites occasional sausage
links made from ground turkey
Lunch:
BLT sandwich MINUS the bacon heehee boiled eggs
Dinner:
Fish (Ahi Ahi tuna!) white rice and steamed veggies!
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Pretzels, carrots and lowfat ranch, rice cakes (believe it or
not, some of them are pretty tasty now!), yogurt

Weight Training:
20 pound free weights (25 sets each) Curls lunges with free weights
Cardiovascular:
Run a mile! Invest in machines such as the elliptical and such!
