Exercise & diet. Mostly exercise. I work out with free weights,
and I ride a bicycle pretty much every day!

I bought a used free weight bench. This thing had about 30 exercises
that could be done on it, but the problem was that the guy I bought
it from had thrown away the exercise chart. I went online, and
with the help of a search engine, I landed on ShapeFit's web
site. The exercises listed, along pictures, was a VERY big help.
I still to this day, check out other exercises. I change my workout
every 5 weeks! ShapeFit, you guys were always an inspiration to

pudding and whipped cream!
Joey's Weight Loss Workouts!
6 days of hard weight training. Rotating upper body & lower
body muscle groups every other day.
30-45 minutes on an elliptical trainer, and/or riding 5-30 miles
on my bicycle!
