Breakfast: 4 boiled eggs, and two pieces of wheat toast
Lunch: Tuna salad, with a regular salad on the side, fat
free dressing
Dinner: Grilled chicken, steamed veggies, and some fruit
Snacks or Mini Meals: Protein shakes, or crystal light water

Matthew's Weight Loss Workouts!
Weight Training: I'm currently powerlifting and training
to build mass, I have an extremely strenuous workout routine that
is definitely not advisable for someone trying to actually lose
weight.
Cardiovascular: Elliptical trainer, rock climbing, treadmill,
or stair stepper, any of the lot for one hour.
