weight loss success stories When did you become unhappy with your weight?

I have been unhappy with my since I was about 15 I guess! I have always been an overweight kid! So one day I just said something has to change!

Me really! I mean I was over weight and not healthy at all! I just hated to look at myself!

weight loss success stories What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?

Stopped drinking soda and changing eating habits! Cardio and high reps!

Really just the diet! I love to go to the gym!

I think I started see a difference in about a mouth or so! I started taking pictures to monitor my progress!

I think about six mouths! But hey it took me 19 years to get so overweight!

Well I'm still training to trim up my body, so I could still drop some pounds!

Gosh I can run a mile now and that might not seem much to you, but its a lot to me! I just have so much energy now! This whole thing has taught me respect for my body and myself!

Monday: Chest - 30 minutes on treadmill

Tuesday: Legs - 30 minutes on treadmill

Wednesday: Arms - racquetball

Thursday: CARDIO

Friday: Back and shoulders- 30 minutes on treadmill

Treadmill, racquetball, and jump rope! I also swim whenever I can! But I do try to do 30 minutes or more everyday on the treadmill (Sundays off).
