When did you become unhappy with your weight?
Some time
in November 2005, when I notice having problems in climbing office stairs.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I thought if
I want to enjoy life I should loose weight.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I changed my diet and life style. Previously I used to have foods rich with
fats without any consideration, but I started avoiding 3 things 1) Oils, 2)sugar
& sweets and 3) breads & rice.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Changing
my life style and resisting temptation for my favorite foods.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
Just
after one week I started to get favorable results.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
About 53 days
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
For more than one year I am maintaining my weight. I am able to do it by still
following my diet plan for lunch and controlling my appetite.
How has your life changed now that you've lost weight?
I feel very energetic and my blood pressure is back in normal range. I now
get a good sleep as well.

By

Breakfast:
Only one glass of grape fruit juice.
Lunch:
Lots of salads. Consisting of cucumber,lettuce,carrots,
cabbage and some fruit.
Dinner:
Lots of salad and a small serving of grilled chicken
or fish.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Fruits, consisting of apples, oranges
etc.
