Some time in November 2005, when I notice having problems in climbing office stairs.

I thought if I want to enjoy life I should loose weight.

I changed my diet and life style. Previously I used to have foods rich with fats without any consideration, but I started avoiding 3 things 1) Oils, 2)sugar & sweets and 3) breads & rice.

Changing my life style and resisting temptation for my favorite foods.

Just after one week I started to get favorable results.

For more than one year I am maintaining my weight. I am able to do it by still following my diet plan for lunch and controlling my appetite.
